Banana Roll-ups

(Makes 4)
Ingredients:
2 large wholemeal Lebanese bread rounds
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
2 medium bananas, peeled, sliced
2 tablespoons sultanas
2 tablespoons honey
Method:
Spread one side of each bread round with peanut butter. Top with bananas; sprinkle with sultanas. Drizzle with honey. Roll up to enclose filling; cut bread in half.
