One of the world’s biggest New Years Eve events, Sensation, has received an award for the Best Sound and Production at The Australian Festival Awards. The Sensation festival was also voted as Victoria’s No. 1 festival/event at the Sony ‘In The Mix’ Awards proving that Australians have embraced Sensation as one of the places to be, this New Year’s Eve. To welcome 2009, 40,000 people, all wearing white, attended Sensation at Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium.

Sensation has announced an outstanding line-up for Etihad Stadium, December 31, 2009, for those wishing to dress in white and rip up a dance floor, along with thousands of others to welcome 2010.

A number of international names will be performing to the masses this NYE, from New York City house music legend Roger Sanchez to Swedish House Mafia superstar Sebastian Ingrosso and Sied van Riel. As well as Australia’s own successful DJ’s, Dirty South, Kaz James and TV Rock (Ivan Gough and Grant Smillie).
