Serves 4
Ingredients
500g of skinless chicken breast
60ml light soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
1 sliced red pepper
1 sliced green pepper
100g baby corn
100g snowpeas
2 tsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
3 tbsp. Chinese rice wine
Method
1. Slice chicken breast and mix with light soy sauce, honey, oil and
Gourmet Garden Coriander.
2.Stir-fry for 10-15 minutes with red and green pepper, baby corn and
snowpeas.
3. Mix with a sauce of Gourmet Garden Chilli, Chinese rice wine, 1tbsp.
water and a few drops of sesame oil
