Serves: 1 large or 2 small

Preparation: 2 minutes

Cooking: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients

3 cups cauliflower (rough chopped)

¼ cup cashews(crushed)

¼ cup coconut milk

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

1 pinch cinnamon

 

Method

Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring to boil over medium heat

Reduce heat to low and cover with a tight fitting lid

Simmer for 15 minutes and then remove from heat

Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time if necessary to get the mixture moving
