Fat Burning Soup

Eat as much of this soup as you like, everyday. Make it regularly and in big batches as it freezes very well.

Ingredients:

2 large cans crushed tomatoes
2 cans Edgell Green Beans
2 large cans Campbells Beef or Chicken Consomme
1 packet of dry soup mix - Available on line
2 beef or chicken stock cubes
1 tablespoon curry powder
6 brown onions or a bunch of spring onions, chopped – Available on line
1 bunch of celery - Available on line
2 green capsicums - Available on line
4 large carrots - Available on line
2 cups fresh parsley, chopped - Available on line
Salt & Pepper
Chilli – optional
Water

Method:
1. Cut the veggies in medium to small pieces.
2. Place all the veggies, soup mix and consomme in a large pot and cover with water.
3. Boil fast for about 10 minutes, then reduce to a simmer and continue cooking until the veggies and soup mix are cooked. This will take a while. Make sure you stir it occasionally.
4. Season with salt, pepper, curry and the parsley.
5. Allow it to simmer for a while longer until the flavours of the herbs fuse.
6. Add some chilli if you like it hot.
