Ferrero Rocher Energy Balls

Makes: 10-12

 

Ingredients

1 cup of pitted medjool dates

1 cup of almonds (soaked overnight)

1/3 cup of hazelnuts (roasted in the oven for 10 minutes if you have the time!)

2 tbsp of coconut oil

2 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla essence

2 tbsp of almond and coconut butter

1 scoop of IsoWhey Madagascan Vanilla protein powder

1 1/2 tbsp of cacao powder


Method

In a food processor, start by blending the dates and nuts and then progressively add the remaining ingredients until it forms a soft dough consistency.

Roll into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diametre, and store in the freezer to set.

For convenience, keep these in a mason jar in the fridge for when you crave a sweet snack!
