Pecan Waldorf

For a refreshing change in salad try a Pecan Waldorf Salad.
Ingredients:
1 green apple
1 red apple
Juice of ½ lemon
Grapes
1 cup finely chopped celery
Pecan halves
¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
(or ¼ cup creamy low-fat yoghurt)
Method 1:
Core and cut apples into wedges.
Do not peel. Pour lemon juice over apples.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Chill and serve.
Method 2:
If preferred, Pecan Waldorf Salad may be prepared by dicing apples and pecans, then combining all ingredients in a salad bowl.
