Sony Mobile Communications ('Sony Mobile") has today announced that the flagship handset of its new range, the Xperia™ X Performance, is now available from Telstra across Australia on a range of Go Mobile and Go Business Mobile Plans.

Telstra customers will be able to choose from the graphite black and white colour variants of the handset.

The Xperia X Performance embodies Sony Mobile's new brand vision through its new layers of intelligent technology across camera, battery and design, making every day smarter and simpler for consumers.

Offering the next generation of Sony camera technology, the Xperia X Performance offers the world's best autofocus on a moving object[i] and the world's most stable video capture[ii]. In addition, the Xperia X Performance is specially equipped for video streaming and heavy graphics, with the latest generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, Adreno 530 graphics and is 4GX compatible in 4GX areas.

Telstra will offer the Xperia X Performance on a range of plans[v] including:

the $95 Go Mobile plan with no additional handset repayments (min cost $2,280, standard call $2) when you stay connected for 24 months and;

the $100 Go Business Mobile Plan with no additional handset repayments when you stay connected for 24 months (min cost $2,400, standard call $2).

Both of these plans come with a data allowance of 10GB per month, which includes a limited time bonus offer of 4GB for use in Australia, (extra Data $10/GB for use that month).

Telstra customers will also be able to purchase a Style Cover Touch case for the Xperia X Performance, which lets them access their favourite smartphone widgets through a smart window without needing to open the case.
