Not only do we loose all respect for aggressive Spencer, audiences will have no sympathy for Heidi after her extensive cosmetic surgery procedure. Stephanie proves she can turn her life around, after her DUI; whilst Lo has to decide what is best for her and her relationship with Scott. Of course we have the continually confusing relationship between Kristin and Brody - how will that end? And, will Audrina go back to Justin Bobby?
