This fast-paced, half-hour, live-action drama series for 7-12 year olds is based on the International Harper Collins bestselling books of the same name by Rose Impey and produced by Southern Star Entertainment in association with IWC Media Limited, Rialto Films, ScreenWest and LotteryWest.

The Sleepover Club revolves around the busy lives of five young teenage girls who have a secret society with rules and conventions - and no boys or parents allowed. Constantly dealing with their arch rivals - three teenage boys and two jealous girls - life couldn't be more serious... or more fun. The Sleepover Club combines drama and humour with the odd fantasy sequence to make seriously cool TV.

The series reflects the values of friendship and honesty while viewing life through the eyes of its young characters.
