Artificial Intelligence at your Fingertips

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become fodder for nightmares and overblown Hollywood scripts as seemingly charming robots plot to take over the world.
But thanks to one Irish-born piano teacher, AI is about to make parents' dreams come true.

With the initial release of Musiah, the world's first artificially intelligent virtual piano teacher, creator Brendan Hogan is set to revolutionise the way students learn piano.

Musiah is currently in its beta stage of development, which means that the curious and the enthusiastic can download it for free before its official release.

'Musiah responds to your playing, just like a traditional teacher. It's as if Musiah is sitting right next to you", said Mr. Hogan.

A recent case study indicated Musiah's students learnt piano 5-8 times faster than students learning the same syllabus through traditional lessons.

'The Musiah course is so enjoyable, entertaining and supportive, that students were happier to spend more time in regular practice than students who attended traditional lessons".

Feedback from beta trial participants has indicated the Musiah course is highly interactive and fun for students.

One parent said, 'Using Musiah means it's no longer a challenge to get my children to practice the piano".
'The Musiah program teaches piano just like a traditional teacher", responds Mr. Hogan.

The Musiah Beta version is currently free until June 17. For more information or to trial Musiah, visit www.musiah.com
