"It took me a really long time to figure out what the album was going to be called and what the track listing was going to be," Ber says. "Every time I would make any iteration of the album track list, it all centered around that song… I just love it, and it feels really true. That was always my goal with making an album – for things to feel true."
At its core, the album reflects a shift inward, capturing a time capsule of personal growth as Ber learns to let herself embrace joy, move past self-doubt, and look inward as much as outward.
