Platinum and 2x ARIA award-winning artist Budjerahhas today shared the euphoric new single'Could I Be' via Warner Music Australia. Listen HERE. The immediately feel-good track channels the 2000's era of big pop and RNB songs with a cinematic undertone shining through. "Could I Be is about when you realise that you're falling in love. Love can be unexpected and sudden. It's a fun uptempo track with lots of sweet falsettos and high notes. There's some inspiration from 70s R&B and soul music, stuff that my family would play often when I was little"Budjerah says of the song.
Lifted from his debut albumGentleman out Friday 24 July, "Could I Be" joins the previously released "Want You Back" and title track "Gentleman" which was written by songwriter heavyweights Autumn Rowe (Alexis Jordan, Kylie Minogue), Kizzo Keaz (Jon Batiste, Ne-Yo), and Philip Lawrence (Bruno Mars). He performed "Gentleman" on Australian Idol which visually showcased the tight musical era he is ushering in. Watch HERE. Produced by Om'Mas Keith, this record boldly captures who Budjerah is as an artist with a nod to the pop and RNB music he grew up listening to.

Every song on this album holds a piece of me. I hope little Budjerah is proud."
