Meet the creators:
Author Marianne Musgrove was born in Sydney and currently lives in South Australia. She loves writing for young readers; her previous books include The Worry Tree and The Beginner's Guide to Revenge.
Lead Illustrator Patricia MacCarthy graduated from Brighton Art College (UK) in 1983 and has worked as an illustrator on highprofile series' such as The Dewdrop Babies and The Letter Adventure Series. She was awarded the New York Times -Best Illustrated Book of The Year' for 17 Kings and 42 Elephants.
