Rising star Esha Tewari today releases her new single, "In Twos," a luminous and emotionally charged track that sets the stage for her highly anticipated upcoming EP What Makes A Girl out December 5. Blending cinematic production with Tewari's signature ethereal vocals, "In Twos" explores the quiet intensity of connection"how two people mirror one another, lose one another, and sometimes find themselves in the spaces between. Built on hypnotic layers of guitars and warm, organic textures, the single showcases Tewari's expanding sonic palette and her continued evolution as both a songwriter and storyteller.
"'In Twos' came from a place of trying to understand how relationships shape us"how they can feel effortless and impossible at the same time," says Esha Tewari. "It's the beginning of the story I tell on this EP, so releasing it first felt right."
The track showcases her progression of her sound, with a full band production that plays the way she feels. The combination of the blunt yet floaty rhythmic guitars, loose heavy drums, and beautifully messy ear pulling synths part, paints an accurate representation of What Makes a Girl.
Over the next couple of weeks Tewari is supporting Sam Fender in Perth and Adelaide, before touring Australia with Spilt Milk Festival alongside sombr, Kendrick Lamar, Doechii, Nessa Barrett and Sofia Isella.
