Before she became Mel C of the Spice Girls, she was Melanie Chisholm of "The F**king Yeah Four", a group of 18-year-old friends dancing through the Costa Brava rave scene in the early '90s. Those formative nights of sweat, freedom and connection continue to shape her creative vision today. Decades later, Melanie channels that same raw, euphoric energy into Sweat " her ninth studio album and most liberating record yet. Recorded between London, Stockholm and Los Angeles, the album is a celebration of movement, joy and community, seamlessly blending her pop legacy with her evolution as a DJ.
