Cyrus reclaims the crown after 'Wrecking Ball" surpassed the previous record holder, One Direction's 'Best Song Ever," which hit 12.3 million views across VEVO in the first 24 hours after premiering in July. Miley Cyrus premiered the music video for her new single 'Wrecking Ball" across VEVO yesterday. The video was directed by Terry Richardson and shot in Los Angeles.
