Oliver Cronin Announces New EP 'Lost On The Way To Paradise' + Shares New Single '7500 Miles'
Today, Australian one-to-watch Oliver Cronin has announced that his brand new EP Lost On The Way To Paradise will be released on Friday 17 July via Warner Music Australia. Pre-save HERE. To coincide with the announcement Oliver has shared the romantic new single '7500 Miles', which serves as an ode to the frustration of being separated from the one you love. Listen HERE.

Following his recent return to music with 'Eyes Wide Shut', Oliver continues the pulsating pop exploration on '7500 Miles' with an addictive production that contrasts a playful energy with his emotional lyrical delivery. This song also follows Oliver's debut last month on the catwalk for Australian Fashion Week where he walked in Christian Kimber's show.

Of the new single Oliver says, "I wrote '7500 Miles' whilst on a writing trip in LA. The last two years of my life has seen my music take me all around the world. Don't get me wrong it's been an absolute privilege, but I found myself missing home a lot more than I expected. I got married last year in February and then two weeks later was on tour in Europe for a month. After Europe I went straight to LA to work on new music, which birthed this song. All I could think about was going home to my wife and so naturally that's what we wrote about. 7500 miles is the distance between Sydney and LA. This is for anyone who has been apart from someone they love for an extended period of time, long distance isn't easy, but it sure does make the heart grow fonder."

Lost On The Way To Paradise
boasts seven tracks that explore his pop and RNB soundscape that has been evolving alongside his prolific songwriting over the past few years. It serves as another creative exploration of his artistry while on his way to creating his debut album.

Amassing over 47.6 million combined streams, 1.1M TikTok followers, and 392K Instagram followers, Oliver Cronin has cemented himself as one of Australia's brightest emerging talents. 2022 saw Oliver release his debut EP Beautiful Nightmare which featured 'Boys Don't Cry', a standout moment that has amassed over 12 million streams after it resonated with audiences on TikTok. In 2024 he partnered with Warner Records globally, working with the team that has propelled artists like Teddy Swims, Benson Boone, and Zach Bryan to stardom. He cemented that with the release of his EP Halfway To Paradise which heralded the singles 'Girl Next Door' with Charley, 'Burning House', and 'Hello Goodbye'. He added to it at the start of 2025 with the deluxe edition Edge Of Paradise featuring 'Maria' with Filipino band Lola Amour.
