If you are not happy with any product you have received, we will happily organise a refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned in a saleable condition.

When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event that goods goes missing in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

In the event of a return by you, we will refund product only, your initial delivery fee will not be refunded. An exchange may incur a re-delivery fee depending on the item/manufacturer.
Products purchased in conjunction with a promotion or free offer, must be returned with the additional items included for a full refund.
