Question: What are you looking forward to most about being in Australia?
Cassey Ho: I am so excited to meet all my Australian POPsters and bring them free POP Pilates classes at the Zespri Sun-Up festival!
Question: What can we expect from Zespri Sun-Up?
Cassey Ho: Zespri Sun-Up is all about food, health and fitness - everything I love! I am excited to be bringing free morning POP Pilates workouts to the event on June 4th. Question: How would you describe a POP-Pilates workout?
Cassey Ho: POP Pilates is like a dance on the mat! I combine your favorite catchy music with choreographed Pilates exercises that make working out feel like a party! I guarantee you'll leave feeling sweaty and sore, but more importantly, energized and happy.
Question: What do you love most about Kiwi Fruit?
Cassey Ho: I love Kiwifruit and fruit in general because it's a nutritious way to keep me energized and fuel my workouts. I also noticed that eating more fruit leaves my skin feeling smoother and healthier. Question: What are some of your other favourite snacks?

Question: How do you stay motivated in the cooler months?
Cassey Ho: I think about how good I felt during spring and summer and use that as motivation to stay healthy and active all year long. I don't view fitness as a way to get in shape for a certain period of time or season. Instead, I integrate it into my life because it makes me feel good!
Question: What advice do you have for females who are just beginning their fitness journey?
Cassey Ho: Don't be intimidated - we all start somewhere. Think of this is an exciting lifelong journey that will allow you to become a healthier and happier person. Find workouts you love. That is how you will stick to your routine.
Question: What would we find in your gym bag?
Cassey Ho: Headphones! Music motivates me to push harder and keeps me in the zone. Another necessity is my Blogilates Designs water bottle. My workouts are intense and I drink A LOT of water during and after my sweat session! Question: What is your fitness motto?
Cassey Ho: 'Workout because you love your body, not because you hate it." It's easy to assume that people want to workout because they want to change their body and look a certain way. But when it becomes too focused on vanity, we lose the true meaning of fitness - and that's to FEEL good, and treat your body with the respect it deserves. Instead of focusing on things we want to change about our body, we should focus on what it CAN do. That's when you'll see results.
