Hey Dr Dejour,
I am 15 and have been having sex with my boyfriend for a couple of months (we use condoms). He wants me to go down on him, but I am worried if I swallow his cum I will get pregnant. Is this true? If not, what happens to it?

Umm...some basic anatomy is in order I think! Your stomach has got acid in it that will kill the sperm and they will go no further. Even if they were not killed (which they are) they would pass out the bottom end (The Bottom) and not contact any egg in the womb (The Front Bits). You will most definitely not get pregnant from oral sex.
