A Mad Hatters afternoon tea party with a serving of saucy burlesque will take place at the City Hotel on Saturday 14th May, 2011.
Inspired by the tale of Alice in Wonderland, City Hotel will be transformed into a whimsical playground where guests can sip tea with the Queen of Hearts, play chess with the Mad Hatter or delight in a picnic amongst the flamingos.
The talented burlesque beauties, including the former Miss Burlesque NSW, Briana Bluebell, will provide the entertainment throughout the afternoon. Whilst a decadent spread of teas, scones, sandwiches, warm savories and mini cakes will be on offer for guests to enjoy.
For those who want to take a memento home, a pop-up market will sell vintage inspired fascinators, accessories and retro 50s homewares from the labels Ms Bluebell, Sue Annette Millinery and Little Originals. |
