Halloween treats aren't known for being low in sugar, but there's no reason they can't be. This recipe has been made from simple and healthy ingredients to build upon the great taste of just nuts and a pinch of salt.
Using peanut butter as the main ingredient also means you'll receive a slower release of energy from the treats, instead of an impending sugar high.
1 small banana, frozen
1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp Mayver's Skin On Peanut Butter
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger, ground
¼ tsp nutmeg
Ice for blending
1) Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
2) Pour into a tall glass and dust with cinnamon for serving.
