This New Year's Eve the Australian National Maritime Museum is inviting families to enjoy a fabulous night of fun with a great view of the spectacular Darling Harbour family fireworks. 

Join us for your exclusive space on Sydney's waterfront, away from the crush of Darling Harbour, for a full night of food, drink and entertainment as we look forward to welcoming in the New Year. Families will be wowed by roving magicians and fire knife cultural dancers. They will also have fun with bubble art, face painting, interactive ribbon dancing gymnast, DJ, dancing and roving performers.  Plus there's special after-hours entry to the major summer exhibition Arctic Voices.

And when the sky lights up at 9pm for the Darling Harbour family fireworks patrons will be able to relax and enjoy the view in a safe, family friendly environment.

To cater for your budget there are two exciting packages to choose from:

The Gourmet Tinnies Package includes access to all the evening's festivities, Arctic Voices exhibition, a gourmet barbeque with salad, a soft drink and your space on the museum's scenic waterfront (BYO chair or blanket). Tickets are $130 per adult, $80 per child or $378 per family (members' discounts apply) and include a Big Ticket to the museum for you to enjoy all its attractions before 6pm.

Or for an extra special night there's the Premium Yachts Package which, in addition to the evening's festivities, also includes a welcome drink, a sumptuous meal in the museum's restaurant and entry to the museum's Action Stations experience. Plus you will either enjoy a bird's eye view of the Darling Harbour fireworks with exclusive access to the helideck of the destroyer HMAS Vampire (first 200 people to book) or a panoramic view from the museum's raised terrace. Tickets are $195 per adult, $105 per child or $540 per family (members' discounts apply) and also includes a Big Ticket to the museum for you to enjoy all its attractions during the day.


For both packages a licensed bar is also available (no BYO alcohol).

The Australian National Maritime Museum, on Darling Harbour, can be conveniently accessed by train, bus, ferry and light rail. There are also plenty of parking and hotel options in the area.
