Since the release of his first record with Roxy Music in 1972, BRYAN FERRY has been internationally acclaimed as one of the most innovative and stylish musicians, songwriters and singers to emerge in pop and rock music.

With an undisputed impact on popular music for more than four decades, the Roxy Music legend returns for solo shows in Melbourne and Sydney, as well as three a day on the green events.

Bryan will be performing at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on Tuesday February 26, ICC Sydney on Friday March 1, as well as a day on the green shows at Perth's Kings Park & Botanic Garden on Thursday February 21, Rochford Wines, Yarra Valley VIC on Saturday February 23, and Sirromet Wines, Mount Cotton, QLD on Sunday March 3.

We're very excited to announce that joining BRYAN FERRY, in a reunion that's been 30 years in the making, is '80s Melbourne funk/pop band I'M TALKING, who will be reuniting especially for these a day on the green shows. Rounding out this great bill will be DIED PRETTY and MODELS.

I'M TALKING features original members Robert Goodge, Barbara Hogarth, Stephen Charlesworth and singers Kate Ceberano and Zan Abeyratne. "I'm very excited about performing with I'm Talking again after so many years," Kate Ceberano says. "The music still sounds so great – fans are gonna love it!"

BRYAN FERRY'S set list draws on material from his whole career, including classics from Roxy Music like Love Is The Drug, Avalon, More Than This, Virginia Plain and Jealous Guy, as well as much-loved solo hits like Let's Stick Together, Slave To Love and Don't Stop The Dance.

As an artist and musician, BRYAN FERRY possesses the rare distinction of being regarded as both classic and contemporary – an accomplishment achieved by both his recordings with Roxy Music and the range and intensity of his solo albums. Widely regarded as the embodiment of the glamorous and romantic worlds evoked by his songs, Ferry is also lauded as an icon of sartorial and personal cool.

Roxy Music were leading proponents of the more experimental element of glam rock as well as having a significant influence on early English punk and new wave music, all the while crafting a sound that was completely their own.

In 2004, Rolling Stone ranked Roxy Music on its list of the 100 Greatest Artists Of All Time. Avalon, the band's most successful studio album, was number one on the Australian charts for three weeks in 1982, with the single More Than This hitting the Top 10. The band's poignant tribute to John Lennon, their version of Jealous Guy, climbed to the top of the Australian singles chart in 1981.

While remaining with Roxy Music, BRYAN FERRY kicked off his successful solo career with the debut album These Foolish Things in 1973. He continued to record acclaimed solo albums throughout his career with the band, with his third solo album, 1976's Let's Stick Together, giving Bryan his first number one single here with the unforgettable title track.

Avonmore, his most recent solo album, featured Nile Rodgers and The Smiths' Johnny Marr and saw him reunited with long-time Roxy Music and solo collaborator, producer Rhett Davies. A deluxe remastered edition of Roxy Music's iconic self-titled debut album was released in February 2018.

A frequent visitor Down Under since 1975 – both with Roxy Music and as a solo artist – BRYAN FERRY last toured Australia in 2011.

Making their debut appearance at a day on the green, I'M TALKING will play their first shows in more than three decades. With just one album, Bear Witness in 1986, I'M TALKING established themselves as musical pioneers, achieving mainstream chart success with their blend of dance, pop and underground funk. Fronted by Kate Ceberano and Zan Abeyratne, the band was founded by guitarist Robert Goodge, sax player Ian Cox and bassist Barbara Hogarth. They were joined by Stephen Charlesworth on keyboards and Cameron Newman on drums. Their shared love of dance music saw them release a string of iconic singles – Trust Me, Lead the Way, Holy Word, Do You Wanna Be and a haunting cover of Rose Royce's Love Don't Live Here Anymore. In 2018, Bear Witness was remastered and reissued along with a string of unreleased tracks, B-sides and rare re-mixes, leading fans to hope for an I'M TALKING reunion. Their hopes have been answered! a day on the green will see the original members, Robert Goodge, Kate Ceberano, Zan Abeyratne, Barbara Hogarth and Stephen Charlesworth finally back together, back on stage and back into the groove.

It's great to welcome back DIED PRETTY to the a day on the green stage. Fronted by the charismatic Ron S. Peno, DIED PRETTY released eight acclaimed albums, including the classic Doughboy Hollow, which was nominated for Album of the Year at the ARIA Awards and was later featured in The 100 Best Australian Albums. As Ian McFarlane states in his seminal Encyclopedia of Australian Rock and Pop, DIED PRETTY "unashamedly plundered rock's past to arrive at an original sound that was always passionate, atmospheric and uplifting … some of the most inspirational rock music heard in Australia".

When they formed, MODELS were hailed as one of the most innovative and imaginative Australian bands. Four decades later, not much has changed. Their chart-topping run of hits includes I Hear Motion, Big On Love, Barbados and Out of Mind Out of Sight. MODELS, fronted by Sean Kelly, are that rare breed of bands – one that has successfully straddled critical acclaim, cult appeal and commercial success. Proving Models never go out of style, they were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2010.
