Boy Soda Drops 'Soulstar Deluxe' Announces Soulstar World Tour
World-class Australian soul and R&B artist, creative, and ARIA Award winner BOYSODA today releases SOULSTARDeluxe, via Warner Music Australia, the deluxe version of his debut album SOULSTAR which dropped October later year. SOULSTAR Deluxe features five brand-new tracks including the singles latest singles, 'Chase Your Tail' and 'Elements'. Listen HERE.
Written while spending extended periods away from home, a contrast to the original album made on home soil. The deluxe reflects the evolution of the SOULSTAR world, carrying the soul of the original while embracing new experiences made on the move over the past year.
Speaking on the deluxe version of SOULSTAR, BOY SODA said, "Having the opportunity to dive deeper into SOULSTAR has been a joy - revisiting the world and making it shinier and truly presenting a deluxe version of the OG is a privilege. A lot of these songs were made away from home compared to the original album which was very much on home soil so being able to carry the music around with me and live with it while I've been on the move has really informed how you hear it now."
After captivating audiences across Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney on his 2026 Lil' Obsession Tour in March, and taking home his first-ever ARIA Award for Best Soul/R&B Release " alongside delivering a landmark ARIA performance with the category's fellow nominees " BOYSODA has firmly cemented himself as one of Australia's most compelling new voices in soul and R&B.
BOY SODA is ready to showcase his performance on the global stage and today announced the SOULSTAR World Tour. This international tour will bring his show to Osaka, Tokyo, Los Angeles and New York, and then finishing up back home in Sydney and Melbourne.
BOYSODA released his thirteen-track debut album SOULSTAR in October 2025 " a bold and soulful introduction that has already amassed over 14 million lifetime streams and earned critical acclaim from RollingStoneAU, ComplexAU, LifeWithoutAndy, TheMusic, and more. SOULSTAR is a bold genre-blurring statement and features the singles 'Never The Same,''Blink Twice,' the honey-harmonizing anthem '4K' with Dean Brady, and his breakout single 'Lil Obsession', which is fast approaching 8.1 million global streams. This milestone comes on the heels of his recent trip to the US in partnership with East West - a JV of Warner Music. While in Los Angeles, he collaborated with creators and media platforms including Garden Sessions, Goyo, and On The Radar and connected with creators such as IndieHourzz and TylerWalsh. BOY SODA signed with Los Angeles–based talent agency United Talent Agency, whose roster also includes London icon Jamiroquai and Australian global superstar The Kid LAROI.
