Following her stunning 2016 Australian live debut, where she mesmerised crowds at Bluesfest, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide with her boldly sincere self-possession and full-throated ebullience that puts flesh to musical bones, Frazey Ford announces a return to Australia this November. The East Vancouver-based singer songwriter will debut in Auckland (New Zealand), Western Australia and Brisbane, along with a headline performance at Mullum Music Festival on 19 November.

Exuding equal parts Americana, alt-country, and soul, Frazey Ford (Be-Good Tanyas) has bloomed as a solo artist, the soulful, honey-dipped restraint in her vocals and lyrical intimacies finding a growing Australian following in recent years.

Frazey will bring audience favourites September Fields and Done down under alongside her upcoming single release, a lush reinterpretation of D'Angelos' When We Get By, due for release on Monday, October 20 via Caroline Australia.

When We Get By is the first single in 3 years to be released by Frazey since her scathingly soulful and brutally honest stand-up-for-yourself 2014 anthem Done, which has over one million YouTube views.

In Done Frazey's ability to unearth poetic tenderness with honesty, generosity, and an acumen that combines the beautiful, vulnerable and pensive in the searingly forthright reaches full expression.

The lightness and hallowed grace Frazey Ford casts on audiences during her live performances lifts melodies to new heights as she sings about renewal, strength, pain, tough truths, knowing when to breath in and let go, trusting yourself, being bold and appreciating all the nuances of love to be found in life.
