Salmon and Horseradish Finger Sandwiches

For 4 people
Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients
8 slices multigrain sandwich bread
4 slices smoked salmon
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
1 teaspoon Dijon or English mustard
½ bunch dill
Salt and pepper

Method
Using the 1.25L multi-function Electrolux TURBOPRO, mince the plucked dill leaves. Add the horseradish, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper into the bowl and blend on a slow speed until you achieve a smooth, creamy mixture. Season to taste.
Spread the horseradish cream onto all of the bread slices then place the smoked salmon on top of four of them. Close the sandwiches and slice each one into three fingers. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
Tip: You can replace the salmon with thinly sliced roast pork or beef, in which case top the meat with several baby spinach or mesclun leaves.
