Ingredients
Steggles Chicken Breast Schnitzel – Panko and Quinoa
1 x 400g can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
250g shredded tasty cheese
Salad:
1 lettuce
4 tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
Fried Chips:
1kg potatoes (peeled and cut into chips)

Method
Parmigianas:
Cook schnitzels as per instructions on packet.
Mix all ingredients except cheese in a bowl.
Once schnitzels are cooked, place them on an oven tray and cover them in the sauce mixture, then top each with a generous amount of tasty cheese.
Place tray in a hot oven or under a grill until cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
Salad:
Wash and separate lettuce from the cluster then cut.
Add sliced tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil and salt to a large bowl and stir well.
Chips:
Wash and peel potatoes and cut into thick chips.
Sprinkle with salt and fry until crunchy.
Serve chips alongside the salad and parmigianas and enjoy.
