What do you get when you cross a fashion designer and an industrial designer with a passion for creating unique, high-quality jewellery? What more if those same two women are a mother and daughter duo who literally have design running through their blood? You get Bling Bar: bold, on-trend fashion jewellery with a distinctly feminine edge.

Designed in-house in their Melbourne studio, the mother-daughter team behind the brand is Anna and Remy Cerritelli.

Both have also previously worked on the wholesale side of the industry, designing and creating pieces for some of Australia's biggest retailers before stepping into the limelight and launching their own brand, Bling Bar, in 2017.

Anna is at the helm as managing director, overseeing the production and liaising with manufacturers, while Remy, with a passion for fashion, takes on the role of head designer. And though the lines between work and home life can sometimes be blurred, something they always agree on is both the Bling Bar signature look and their passion for the business.

Remy says: "We LOVE designing jewels. There is nothing quite like watching one of our ideas come into fruition and ultimately becoming a product that lives on with the consumer." Anna adds, "We are personally drawn to bold, statement pieces that are also timeless – which is how we approach our designs. But we're also constantly thinking about the consumer and what their needs are."
