Creating the ultimate smoky eyed effect!

Clinically formulated to provide smooth easy lining with creamy rich colour this dual-ended eye liner pencil glides over eyes without dragging or slipping, delivering a soft powdery finish that will last all day.

The Powderliner pencil provides a fast and easy way to create the ultimate smoky eye by diffusing and blending colour with a specifically designed sponge tip end, enhancing eyes like never before.

The unique formula contains Titanium Dioxide, a natural mineral for protection and staying powder; Candelilla Wax, derived from the leaves of the Candelilla shrub native to northern Mexico which provides soft and supple application and Carnauba, 'the queen of waxes', derived from the leaves of the carnauba palm grown only in the northeastern states of Brazil.

Use: Apply along the base or the top and bottom lashes. Use sponge tip to softly blend and diffuse the colour if and where needed.
