Seedless Watermelon Easter Feasters

A great way for both kids and adults to rehydrate, Seedless Watermelon is also packed with vitamin C, so is perfect for snacking on as the weather cools to ward away colds or flu. Thanks to our diverse Australian climate, it's also able to be grown around the country 52 weeks of the year, meaning it's always in season and most importantly, always sweet, ripe and juicy!

Ingredients

Rockmelon and honeydew melon, halved

Seedless Watermelon, quartered

Selection of white, milk and dark chocolate

Method

1. Use a melon-baller to create perfect rounds of each type of melon, aiming for 20-30 pieces of each.

2. Thread melon balls along bamboo skewers, alternating melon varieties to give a colourful appearance. Place aside and cover to prevent drying out.

3. In a saucepan, heat 300ml of water. Sort chocolate varieties into separate small bowls, and carefully heat by placing in heated water, being careful not to allow any water into the bowl. Stir as chocolate melts, to prevent burning.

4. Drizzle melted chocolate over melon skewers, then repeat step 3 with other chocolate varieties for the finishing touch. Allow to cool, and transfer to a platter for serving!

**Tip: For smaller, bite-sized versions of the above, spike melon balls individually on toothpicks before drizzling with chocolate!
