<h3>Smokehouse Almond Hummus</h3>

<b>Ingredients</b><br>

1 (425g) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained<br>

56g almonds, plus extra for topping<br>

115g fat-free plain yogurt (preferably Greek) <br>

80ml lemon juice<br>

50ml Unsweetened Almond Breeze<br>

55g tahini sauce (The thickness of tahini varies with brands. If tahini is very thick, add a few more tablespoons of Almond Breeze to thin hummus.) <br>

1 tsp ground cumin<br>

2 cloves garlic <br><br><br>

<b>Method</b><br>

Puree all ingredients until very smooth. <br><br><br>
