A recipe from Pheeb's Foods and Califia Farms
2 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp psyllium husk
2 cups of Califia Farms XX Espresso Cold Brew Coffee
1⁄2 cup coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp maple syrup – optional
Fruit / nut butters / extra cold brew coffee
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl stirring to combine well.
2. Cover and place into the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
3. Serve the oats with fruit, nut butters and extra cold brew coffee almond milk.
