POP UP BBQ
Coming soon the world's best BBQ will be popping up in Melbourne!
For three days of meat-sweat inducing deliciousness, award-winning BBQ restaurant - Lillie's Q - will be taking over the Melbourne food scene for the very first time.
The Chicago restaurant, and home of acclaimed BBQ Chef and two-time Pork Shoulder World Champion Charlie McKenna, will take over Fancy Hanks from 13-15th March.
Paying homage to his roots Charlie will bring unparalleled taste from America's deep south - using his award-winning range of homemade rubs and sauces - think slow smoking pork shoulder, baby back ribs and chicken in custom-built smokers.
Inspired by three generations of southern-style cooking, the pop up will offer family-favourites that come straight from the Lillie's Q Chicago menu and maybe a surprise or two!
