Birthmarks & Auras
Dear Fiona,
The question I would like to ask is about a birthmark on my leg. It is in the shape of the number 13 and I was wondering if it might mean that I am a natural witch or that it is my destiny, as the number 13 is particularly witchy.
I know it could just be a coincidence for my birthmark to be in this shape, but I just wanted to know your opinion on it. Also I was wondering what colour aura's mean what? (If each colour has a certain meaning in the first place).
Lastly I would just like to congratulate you on your books and all that you have achieved in your life. You are a great inspiration and I look forward to reading your new book. Blessed Be!

How cool! Good thing you weren't born a few hundred years ago, you would have definitely been burnt at the stake!
Firstly, as far as Witches go, nothing is a coincidence - so yes there is something profound about your birthmark - especially if you relate to it as being significant. Your will is your most powerful Witchy tool and if you feel charged up because you have such a unique birthmark that makes it all the more magickally significant.
As far as aura colours go - each colour has a unique vibration and physical and metaphysical effect. I discuss this at length in "Witch-A Magickal Year" (and "Witch -A Magickal Journey" for UK/USA readers). I recently had my aura photographed when I was at a New Age Trade Fair in Orlando, Florida. I am putting this on my website with an explanation of the colours so check it out!
Around my head, mine is predominantly white, which denotes purity and truth, with purple above my crown chakra which signifies spiritual enlightenment (handy to have when I'm writing books about Witchcraft!) It was a relief, actually to have such a nice aura, which confirms that I'm on the right path in life!
