'I Feel Unreal' Spell
Dear Fiona,
I am desperately hoping you can help me. I would like to request a spell to help me grow taller. I was unwell with a medical problem when I was little, and now I am painfully short. Please don't think that I am being vain or anything, it's just that I am really, really below average and as a result, it is proving a bit of a handicap in my everyday life, with everyday things. I would just like to catch up with the rest of my family. Please, please help me out, it's so miserable.

To be honest I can't suggest a spell that is guaranteed to help you grow taller. I don't think your being vain - I think your desire to be taller is perfectly valid and you need to make peace with this straight away. Don't be hard on yourself - it will only make you feel shorter inside and more miserable! I presume you have talked to doctors about possible ways for you to grow taller, especially nutritional ideas - you don't mention your age but if you are in your teens, even after your illness there is a very good chance you'll hit a 'growth spurt'.
I can give you a terrific spell that will help you feel better about yourself inside and out - regardless of whether you are ten feet tall or three feet tall! Really powerful transformative magick is more about changing consciousness rather than actually directly manipulating the physical realm. However in saying that 'magick is the art of changing consciousness at will' and the results of this do flow onto the physical plane and affect it.
THE "I FEEL UNREAL" SPELL!
You will need:
1 large white feather (the element of air)
your favourite perfume in an atomizer bottle (if you don't have one choose a scent that that is fruity, floral and uplifting)
1 silver candle (the element of fire)
1pin
With the pin carve your name into the candle, lick your thumb and trace over your carving with your spit to seal your personal energy into the candle and make it your own.
Light the candle and stare at the flame for a few moments taking some deep breaths and focusing on feeling calm and centred. When you are ready pick up the feather and spray it with one blast of the perfume and then hold it towards the flame as you say:
"Feather of air transform me
free me from cares that hold me
Back from that which I can be"
Stroke your body from feet to head with the feather - enjoy the beautiful scent of the perfume and be aware that the feather is a symbol of transformation and freedom from obstacles and limiting ways of thinking.
When you have finished place the feather in front of the candle and spray one short burst of perfume through the flame (be careful the alcohol in the perfume will ignite in a blast). As you do this say:
"By fire I am pure
By air I am transformed
Inside my heart I now am tall"
Snuff the flame (don't blow it out - you blow away the magick) and leave the perfume, feather and candle standing together. Do this spell every morning upon waking and once you've done it, don't think about it again. Just know that inside you are tall and you will project a different presence - bewitching people (and yourself) so that no one will think of you as short again and you won't feel inconvenienced anymore.
