Le Creuset Chadstone
On 17 July, 2015, Le Creuset will open doors for a second time in Melbourne at Chadstone Shopping Centre in the home precinct.
Since introducing their first Australian store in 2013, Le Creuset has grown its retail footprint within the Australian market; this marks the fourth store for the brand, following the recent successful launch of their Emporium Melbourne store in May 2014 and Brisbane store in November 2014.
Director of Le Creuset Australia and New Zealand, Guy Rawstorne discusses the Chadstone opening; 'Victoria in particular has been a market where customers have embraced the brand and we are delighted to open our doors for a second time in the state. Innovation remains at the forefront of Le Creuset's success and the Chadstone store reflects the latest retail format."
The 83 square meter store has been fitted out with silver grey oak tables and flooring and white melamine. This creates a neutral backdrop on which the extensive palette of Le Creuset colours take centre stage. A visible kitchen is at the focal point of the store. Product and cooking demonstrations will feature daily creating a unique shopping experience for Melbourne customers.
Le Creuset originated from France in 1925 and is renowned as the global leader in premium quality enamelled cast iron cookware. 2015 marks the 90th anniversary for the brand, with the official launch and celebration scheduled from 1 September, 2015. Expect to see new colour launches, a bespoke stoneware heritage collection and the limited-edition replica of the original cocotte, of which only 90 will be available in market.
