MEDITATION

There is a lot of focus these days on meditation. There are books available everywhere on different techniques of how to meditate, how long to do it, what positions are best and so on.

After reading as much about it as we desire, it is then a matter of choosing the technique that we feel most comfortable with.

One technique which is not written about very much is to simply talk out loud. This form of meditation can be just as healing as any other. It is wise when practising this form, to find a place or room where you can freely express your feelings vocally.

If you are indoors, light a candle and surround yourself with white light and anything else that you feel comfortable with. Letting go of negative emotions, anger, fear etc. can also feel rather embarrassing, so make sure the windows and doors are shut to ensure you have maximum privacy.

Feel safe and sure that your Guardian Angel or whoever you perceive to be listening, has heard your pain and will gladly release it through the universe for you, where it can do no harm.
