Anthea Paul is a traveller, writer, motivational speaker and author of the bests-selling and award winning Girlosophy series that includes titles such as The Soul Survival Guide, The Oracle, The Love Survival Guide and Real Girls Stories.
Anthea is a talented designer and photographer and worked in the media in Australia and New York for many years as a stylist, trend forecaster, photographer, photo editor, art director and creative director in the fashion, design and publishing industries. A Contributor to Big Night Out and Kids Night In for the international charity, War Child International, she is also co-author of 21st Century Goddess with Jessica Adams and Jelena Glisic.
The Girlosophy series of books are packed full of colourful stories, anecdotes, illustrations, affirmations, meditation tips, recipes, information and advice on how to navigate your way through life, love, food, health and everything that’s important.

Girlosophy supports War Child International, a humanitarian aid agency that assists children in war zones all around the world. Girlosophy is also a proud supporter of The Tibetan Friendship Group (TFG), a humanitarian organisation that assists in the rehabilitation of Tibetan monks in India. Its patron is His Holiness, the Dalai Lama with whom Anthea has just finished filming a unique documentary and interview.
Anthea Paul spends much of her time raising awareness and funding for both organisations and sponsors a group of young women surfers on the Margaret River, Australia and in Oahu, Hawaii.
