The 7's Theory
Within the human body are the seven chakras which are the centres for all our emotional, health, learning and psychological selves. These chakra centres are connected to a colour which evolves from the seven colours of the rainbow. These include:
1. VIOLET - Crown Chakra - Spiritual Awareness - Self
2. INDIGO - 3rd Eye - Higher Mind - Conscious Perception - Learning
3. BLUE - Vocal Communication - Expression - Connection to...
4. GREEN - Heart - Love, Compassion, Healing, Peace and Harmony
5. YELLOW - Solar Plexus - Power - Relationships - Self Control
6. ORANGE - Sacral - Life Force - Emotions - Self Worth - Sexuality
7. RED - Base - Life Foundation - Security - Manifest Needs - Earth
You may notice that I have started from top to bottom because my guide has taught me that awareness begins from a higher and heavenly connection and awareness begins at the top of your body (your head). Your brain receives and sorts data and allows you to pass thought down through the body to all the organs, limbs and parts.
Your life revolves around sevens from the day you are born until you pass over. If you give this a little thought you may see that at seven years of age you are pretty much established as to who and what you will be.
Usually at the age of fourteen, you are ready to self create and take on responsibility and at twenty-one, you are considered to have acheived adulthood. At twenty-eight, you will generally have settled into your career and set your life's path and at thirty-five you would be a mature person.
Each single year of your life therefore, is part of a seven, be it the first seven, the second etc.
For instance, if you were three years of age you would be in the third year of your first seven and so on.
Again each single year of your life is attached to a colour, that is, age one (violet), age two (indigo), age three (blue), age four (green), age five (yellow), age six (orange), age seven (red) and then it repeats all over again in your second seven.
You need to try and be aware of what year of what seven you are working in and find the colour attached to it so that you can find which chakra you need to work on or with. This will help you with your day-to-day life for health and learning.

1. JUPITER - VIOLET
2. MERCURY - INDIGO
3. URANUS - BLUE
4. VENUS - GREEN
5. MARS - YELLOW
6. NEPTUNE - ORANGE

There are seven fundamental things we need, to be able to perform as a human being. They are
1. THOUGHT
2. SOUND
3. SIGHT
4. BREATHING
5. EATING
6. FEELING
7. MOVEMENT
This is just a sample of some of the sevens that are involved in our lives and I'm sure if you do your own investigations, you will discover many more - you may even find yourself in seventh heaven.
