AMERICAN PIE 2EXCLUSIVE AUSTRALIAN SOUNDTRACKThe Australian Exclusive soundtrack to this years hit summer movie 'American Pie 2' features two very exciting new local acts, CrashPalace and Zed.Melbourne band CrashPalace appear courtesy of their brand new US record label Trauma. The band are back home fresh from promoting their second single in America. CrashPalace have chosen their first Australian single 'Perfect' for 'American Pie 2' adding to an already stellar international line up. 'Perfect' is also being released as a single on December 3rd. CrashPalace will perform 'Perfect' (and other tracks from forthcoming album) in the cinema at the Australian Premiere of 'American Pie 2' in Sydney this week.

Number 1, Triple Platinum New Zealand band Zed's hit single 'Renegade Fighter' is also included on the 'American Pie 2' soundtrack as well as featuring in the movie. In the past 12 months, Zed have supported some of the biggest names in the industry in Australia, including Coldplay, Robbie Williams, Bon Jovi and The Superjesus. The band's debut album 'Silencer' received three awards earlier this year at the New Zealand Music Awards for 'Album of the Year', 'Best Group' and 'Best Male Vocalist' (Nathan King) and is in stores now.

'American Pie 2' boasts fresh tracks from established hit makers such as 3 Doors Down's latest single, 'Be Like That', Blink 182, Green Day, Uncle Kracker, Sum 41, American Hi Fi and Fenix*TX. Not to mention the notable up-and-comers Alien Ant Farm and Oleander and newcomers Flying Blind, Left Front, Tire, Jettingham, The Exit and singers Lucia and Angela Ammons complete this awesome soundtrack.
