Australia's First Bratz™ Fashion Designer

Ten year old Nikki Jordan is the winner of a national competition to design a new Bratz™ doll forexclusive Australian release.

Selected from nearly 24,000 entries from across Australia, Nikki's designwas in the Top 10 as voted by young fans before being chosen as thewinner by MGA Entertainment, makers of the popular Bratz™.

Her winning design has been manufactured into a limited 20,000 release'Designed by You' Bratz™ doll to be sold nationally through all majorretailers and independent toy stores.

Nikki's Bratz™ dolls has hit stores.

Nikki's design strongly features her Mum's favourite colour red -- a red and white polka dot dress, dark red hair (similar to her own), red shoes, and a red tiara, with rosy-coloured make-up. She combined her two loves for inspiration: "I love creating fashion and I love Bratz™! I've had a passion for fashion my whole life and I would love a job in fashion when I'm older," Nikki said.

Following the announcement of her winning design, Nikki cried happy tears. "I feel really honoured and proud to be the first Australian designerof a Bratz™ doll," she said.

About Bratz 'Designed by You' Doll Competition
o Bratz™ ran an Australian online competition from 15 June to 8August, 2008.
o The aim of the comp: 'Who will create the first ever AustralianBratz-fan designed Bratz™ doll?'
o Entrants could style their own Bratz™ doll by selecting fromoptions provided including clothing, accessories, fabriccolours, patterns, hairstyle and colour, makeup, location,lighting and pose.
o An amazing total of 23,920 entries were received.

About The Judging Process
o Visitors to the website voted on their favourite entries to generate the Top 10 designs.
o Each person could only vote for a design once
o The Top 10 designs as voted by the fans were then critiqued by the team at Bratz™ HQ (MGAEntertainment, based in Los Angeles, California) to select the overall winner.

Production Process
o MGA then turned Nikki's design into reality - sourcing material samples to match the fabricdesign, creating the special red tiara and shoes, painting the dolls' face to match Nikki's colourchoices and designing the packaging to include Nikki's photograph.
