Bludso, dubbed as the smokehouse King, will share his generations old knowledge and passion for original Texas BBQ at the Going the Whole Hog dinner event (1 May) and at two Smokin' 101 Masterclasses (2 & 3 May).

Going the Whole Hog
To be held at Crown Melbourne's San Antone by Bludso's BBQ, from 3pm – 6pm on Sunday 1st May, smokehouse King and expert third-generation pit master, Kevin Bludso will share some of the secrets of real Texas BBQ with guests at this exclusive, one-off event. Guests can sample favourites from the menu (drinks included) and will also have the chance to meet Kevin and soak up the excitement as he unveils a whole hog he has smoked in the restaurant!

Smokin' 101 Masterclass
BBQ lovers can master the basics and sample a selection of succulent smokehouse favourites at Kevin Bludso's Smokin 101 Masterclasses to be held on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd May from 6pm until 7pm. Kevin will share his Texas BBQ tips that have been passed down through three generations, teaching guests how to recreate real smokehouse flavours at home.
