Sophie Ellis Bextor will be hitting our shores for a promo tour in July. Her deadly song "Murder on the Dancefloor" has spent 15 weeks in the Top 20 and she looks set to repeat that success with the release of her new single "Get Over You".

It seems that Kylie's man has been up to no good again! Model boyfriend James Gooding was reported to have spent the night with a hotel heiress recently and Kylie was seen to be less than impressed! Gooding's womanising ways have been the cause of much concern for our Kyles who is in the midst of a sellout European tour.

Friends star Jennifer Aniston will be attending a court hearing next month where she is suing two magazines that published a photo of her sunbathing topless. The popular actress and wife of Brad "Heartthrob" Pitt alleges in the suit that a "stalkerazzi" photographer with a telephoto lens scaled her neighbour's 2.5m wall and snapped shots of her "reclining topless in her backyard, wearing only her panties".

Congratulations to R&B sista Brandy who gave birth to her first child on June 16. Both mum and baby (a beautiful girl named Sy'rai) are doing well. Brandy is currently married to music producer Robert Smith.

Songstress Natalie Imbruglia has flown to Oz to be with her boyfriend, Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns. Johns has been struck down with a severe case of reactive arthritis, which has caused Silverchair to cancel a number of upcoming shows planned for the US. Imbruglia's sudden decision to fly home has also meant that production for a new film she is starring in with Rowan Atkinson has been halted.

In other Imbruglia news, it has just been announced that she will be the next face of L'Oreal. The 27-year-old beauty will appear in TV and magazine advertising for the French cosmetics manufacturer over the northern summer.

Nicole Kidman has gone the chop! Yes our Hollywood starlet has traded in her curly locks for a new sleeker and straighter style. Kidman also sports a long fringe starting from the crown, which she sweeps across her forehead to complete the younger look. It is sure to be THE next most requested hairstyle in hair salons across the globe.

While Ian Thorpe's TV presenting ability leaves a lot to be desired, there is no denying that he is one of Australia's richest sporting talents with a sponsorship price tag of $450, 000 on his head! Perhaps he can get those acting lessons under way now….

It seems that British model and actress Liz Hurley was telling the truth all along when she claimed that the father of her newborn baby son Damian Charles Hurley was multi-millionaire Steve Bing. Paternity tests have revealed that he IS the father, much to the dismay of Bing who now has to cough up the cash and face his responsibility as a dad.

Popular British band Jamiroquai will tour Australia in November. Jamiroquai, fronted by flamboyant singer Jay Kay will play a number of shows around the country.
