Last night, I had a dream about...
Do not nap in the afternoon
From late afternoon, do not take stimulants such as nicotine, caffeine and alcohol.
Exercise regularly - but not later than 3 hours before your bedtime.
Do not eat large meals or snack before you go to bed.
Reduce light and noise.
If you cant sleep after 30 minutes - dont toss and turn. Instead, listen to some music or read a book until you feel sleepy then try again.
What does this mean?
Do my dreams tell me something about myself?
Should I be more cautious?
Should I take more risks?
Have I just dreamt about the person I will spend my life with?
Do the people I work with respect me?
