Women's Sports Festival At Sydney Olympic Park
WOMEN'S SPORTS FESTIVAL AT SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK
6TH - 8TH MARCH 2009
A three day celebration of women's sports will be held at Sydney Olympic Park from Friday the 6th until Sunday the 8th of March 2009.
Coinciding with International Women's Day on Sunday the 8th of March, the first annual Women's Sports Festival at Sydney Olympic Park will feature a number of major sporting events and activities including:

The Sydney Olympic Park Netball Cup - the official pre-season tournament of the ANZ Championship featuring eight of the competition's elite netball teams from Australia and New Zealand.
When: Friday the 6th, Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 8th of March 2009
Where: The Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre
Cost: $10 per spectator, per day.

The Women's International Pro Circuit Tennis - not only will visitors get to witness some of the world's best female tennis superstars, they'll also get to participate in FREE talent identification coaching clinics, a range of development courses and a special Women in Tennis forum.

The Gear Up Girl Challenge - is an annual female-only cycling event to raise money for the Oncology Children's Foundation. With the choice of riding 15km or 55km, the event is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels.
When: Saturday the 7th of March 2009
Where: 15km circular route starting and ending in Sydney Olympic Park
55km route starting in Cronulla and ending in Sydney Olympic Park
Cost: $45 per participant riding the 15km route /
$60 per participant riding the 55km route (must be 10+ years)

AC Milan Soccer Clinics - will give girls aged 7-14 years, the incredible opportunity to learn expert tips, tricks and training techniques from AC Milan former player and master coach, Andrea Icardi.
