Jason Mason lives with his mum, dad, sister, dog and grandpa in the beautiful seaside town of Sunnysands. Grandpa owns a magic shrinking cap which when he puts it on makes him grow small enough to fit into all kinds of unlikely places, including Jasons pocket. Together Jason and grandpa have lots of adventures as toy cars, aeroplanes and a host of other toys are brought to life by grandpa!
When hes miniature, Grandpa turns into the biggest kid of all and enjoys causing all sorts of mayhem, but despite all the chaos, Grandpa is a force for good. This is because he cant bear it when someone is rude, mean or selfish, so sometimes he puts on his shrinking cap and creates mischief to teach someone a lesson. Each story ends with Grandpa saying "We did it, Jason! Teamwork!"
Jason and Grandpa's adventures are fantastical, touching and bizarre but always hilariously funny.
