Coady Green - Realise your dream winner 2005

Classical pianist Coady Green is 25 years old and completed a Masters in Music
Performance with First Class Honours at the Faculty of Music, University of
Melbourne.
Coady has performed and recorded for ABC for the Melbourne Prokofiev Project;
performed with Sydney Youth Orchestra; toured Europe with Pembroke School
Chamber Singers and Chambers Orchestra as Music Captain; performed in concert
tour of China on Australian Young Musicians’ Tour to Beijing, Xian and Shanghai and
acted as ‘friendship ambassador’ for Australia.
He has been awarded the Winston Churchill Memorial Fellowship for 2006; first prize
in the City of Sydney John Allison National Piano Competition; Homewood Memorial
Scholarship from the Faculty of Music, University of Melbourne; Melbourne Research
scholarship and Grace Funston Scholarship from University of Melbourne; Elder
Scholarship from Elder Elder Conservatorium, University of Adelaide; and was
winner of National Yamaha Australian Piano Competition.
Coady is currently taking private piano lessons with Peter Feuchtwanger in London. He’s also meeting with a number of classical pianists during his Realise Your Dream programme and attending concerts and piano recitals.
